Terms & Conditions

• Check-in time: 3 pm UTC (Central)

  • Our boat captain will be aware of your arrival time.​

• Check-out time: 8 am UTC (Central) 

  • Boat to Roatan leaves at 8 am​.

• Rates are subject to change.

• Family Child Policy: Children under 2 stay free with an accompanied adult.

• Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

• Service Charge: 10%.

• No smoking allowed inside the rooms.

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refundable: If cancellation is made at least 30 days before your arrival date.

• 50% refundable: If cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date.

• Non-refundable: If cancellation is made between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, with the option to reschedule within the next 12 months.

 

Deposit / Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. If booking an arrival date less than 30 days away, the entire payment will be due on reservation.

Some exclusions may apply. Specific restrictions may apply during certain periods or special events. Please refer to your specific reservation or promotion for details.

Individual reservations may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to process refunds. 
 

The same rate and/or promotion may not be available when rescheduling.
